Every repair is a little different. Sometimes we have scans running after hours on machines for 12-48 hours! Our labor ratesare only based on the time the technician is actively working on the machine, not scanning and diagnostic times. Depending on the service level selection, we can have a machine turned around same day if we have all the needed parts or if the software can load or download quickly enough! Once it hits the technician's bench for diagnostics, it's usually repaired within the next 6-12 hours.

We offer a 30 day warranty on all labor. If the issue comes back within 30 days of picking up the machine, we've got your back! This is very rare as we don't want this to happen as much as you don't! However, technology is what technology is! Bring it back in with as much detailed information about the issue and we'll bring it right to the bench!Most of our refurbished machines are between 90 days and 1 year warranty. Our new computer builds and models have warranties between 1-5 years, depending on the model.
