Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from Showtime Computers returned within
15 days* from the date of purchase with the original receipt
or invoice are eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds or
exchanges are allowed after 15 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manual and accessories. No items with defaced manual,
boxes, missing discs, etc. will be accepted for return.
1) Absolutely no refunds without original receipt. No refunds on labor.
2) Hard Drives, CPUs & Memory: All Sales are final. Warranty is direct from manufacturer.
3) No refunds on physically damaged or defective components.
4) Other Parts: Refunds may be issued for most other items
returned within 15 days of invoice date, provided items are in
unused/unopened condition, and the original packing materials are in factory saleable condition. A restocking fee of 20% of
the purchase price will be applied to items not conforming to the
above conditions. However, items returned without their original
accompanying software (if applicable) may be exchanged for
same only - no refunds. Items sold with limited warranties, or as
‘AS IS - NO REFUND’ clearance items, are non-refundable.
5) Computer Systems: are always subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Computer Systems may be returned for a refund within 7
days of purchase. Additional fees will be assessed for systems
missing items or damaged
6) Refurbished Computers have a 90 day comprehensive warranty on all parts and labor (extended warranties are available).
No returns on complete computer systems will be accepted once
the operating system software has been activated.
SHOWTIME COMPUTER reserves the right to charge, at the
current labor rate, for any component returned that is not defective and the problem with the component is determined to be
due to improper installation by the purchaser. A minimum charge
of $25.00 shall apply in these cases
